We spiral from a psychiatrist hearing our podcast voice in her car to the weird truth that everyone knows us in a different context. Then we accidentally resurrect Tender Loving Baskets as an ongoing sponsor bit and argue about how episode titles should work when one of us wants veto power.

In this episode:
• A psychiatrist as the first listener with real-world context
• The strange feeling of hearing yourself “as content”
• A choose-your-own-adventure podcast idea as a format gag
• Tender Loving Baskets as a real family side hustle
• What a good host-read ad sounds like when it is also a bit
• The “bespoke” argument and how tiny words derail us
• Episode naming rules, veto power, and avoiding clichés
• Buying or checking a domain mid-recording and calling it strategy
• A sponsorship inversion where we advertise first and hope later

A Fake Sponsor Cold Open

SPEAKER_00

Have you ever received a gift basket and the wicker was coarse, pokey, uncomfortable, was cold, didn't make you feel warm inside. Well, not with us. At Tender Loving Baskets, we fulfill all your needs as softly as possible.

Sibling Banter And A Surprise Listener

SPEAKER_00

Hey everyone, welcome back to another swing shift. I'm your host, Rob, joined with my co-host and brother, RJ. What's new with you, bro?

SPEAKER_01

What's new with me? Uh, you know what? I god damn it. I was so ready this time to be like Johnny on the spot with it, you know, like all the other ones where you're like with my host kind of trail off, and I'm supposed to jump in. I'm like, I'm right here. I'm like, I'm gonna do this. And you just like, I guess you got wise. You're like, I'm not even gonna let him try. Oh gosh. But yeah, let me tell you something. So I was talking to my psychiatrist today, and I don't know where this came from, but I think it fits with my lack of tracking here on the show. And she and I see her every three months, so it's been three months, and she's like, So right off the bat, she goes, So listen to your podcast. Which one? Not this one. Uh okay. Yeah, because it was three months ago. Um, and I so we just said whatever. She's like, listen to your podcast. I'm like, uh-huh. And she's like, You guys are really you guys are really good. It sounds really good. Uh it's funny. And she's like being very dry about it, which is usually not. She's like, it's funny. And the stuff you talk about is silly, but it's fun. She's like, but it's so fucking weird. Cause like, I know you, but you're playing in the speakers in my car. I thought it was funny, and it made me it just uh it was a different perspective when I hadn't thought of, which is uh it's the first person uh that has listened to it that knows me, but doesn't really know me, know my personal life, right?

SPEAKER_00

How does your psychology psychiatrist not know your personal life? No, she's not part of that.

SPEAKER_01

That's maybe not well good way to put it. But like she knows me and she knows all about my life, but like um in one hour one hour or 90 minute sessions every three months. So she knows the facts. Let's put it this way, she knows the facts, but like she doesn't she hasn't hung around me, right? Or she doesn't spent time around me. I'm like, you know what I'm saying? And she was just like she doesn't know you intimately. She doesn't, yeah. And she's like, so fucking weird. She just said a couple more times. She's like, it's just it's strange. I just I don't know what it was about it. Um and uh I which I guess I don't know. I don't know how I would feel about that. Cause like trying to think of yeah, I could kind of see it though. I think it's I think the whole doesn't know my personal life, whatever, it's not the right verbiage. Really what I should have said is context, right? Like you see and know people in certain contexts. And yeah, that's yeah, there you go. Um, so I just thought it was so fucking funny.

Choose Your Own Adventure Tangent

SPEAKER_01

This is what we should do. We should pioneer the uh interactive, and then Princess and be like, just a little bit though, uh podcast. Oh, it's a choose your own adventure podcast. We're gonna pioneer fun. That would be super fun, actually. At this juncture, the listener can be like, proceed.

SPEAKER_00

Would you like to hear more about the Litorus? Would you like to know more? Uh would you would you like them to continue talking about Android legs and Ryan's distrust of them? Or would you like to hear more about where the littoral is and how it doesn't exist?

SPEAKER_01

Is it fair to call it a distrust of them when really it's more lack of confidence, I think.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

I'm not saying that the legs can't kick. I'm just saying, like, I guess I don't understand why. We don't need to rehash the legs again. We can.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. I'd rather I I don't I think I speak for mom and I, since she's the only one listening. Um we're good. We're good. You know, we get it.

SPEAKER_01

If yeah, I think I yeah, I'm good. Uh you make a good point though. Um if our the only person that portion this person, the only person that listens to the show is our mother. Um where's the sponsorship? QV sp pulled QVC pulled the plug. No, no, no. I'm saying she should be sponsoring us. Oh, yeah. Yeah. So this episode is brought to you. Or send us a super chat.

SPEAKER_00

I was I was just about to do a fucking an ad read and you cut me off. Oh, I can set you up again. Um yeah, so I can't. I lost it. Go ahead. Just start fresh. And this this episode is sponsored by Tender Loving Baskets.

SPEAKER_01

Damn it. That was a literal spit take. Oh my god. On the board.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, that was good.

SPEAKER_01

Yay! Oh, that was so good. Damn it. Oh, I did not for life, I did not see that coming.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, that was great.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, you know what that made me just think of is back to the Android talk at you know, having the nighttime hands, but you could call them tender loving hands hand skirts or something like that. Tender loving hand skirts.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, you know how I hate to be pedantic, right? Oh, yeah, of course. Yeah, uh, they were called evening hands. Oh, sorry. What did I call them? Nighttime hands. Nighttime hands that makes it sound dirty.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, yeah, you're you're a classy guy. Evening hands and nighttime hands.

SPEAKER_01

Sounds like you know, a little sophistication or whatever.

SPEAKER_00

I don't know. A little black tie affair, a little black tie jerk session.

SPEAKER_01

Uh I don't think it's called that if the robot's doing it. Hmm, that's an interesting question.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, now now we're really plunging into something that's interesting.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, we're plunging on in there, bud. Um the because well, that brings up another aspect of it. Potentially, depending on what this robot is equipped with.

SPEAKER_00

Uh like uh, hey bud, left you a little present in the bathroom. Go take care of it.

SPEAKER_01

No, I was talking about butt sex.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, that kind of this is gonna be an editing fucking nightmare for me. Um there's gonna be tags on that audio all across the place. Oh god, yeah. Um tender loving baskets, you son of a bitch. I win.

SPEAKER_01

Uh that's a name I have not heard in a long time.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, yeah. I mean, if if we decide to keep that the the clip, I think it's worth mentioning to the potential audience members outside of bomb what tender loving baskets was. It was a really cool concept at the time. It was okay. No, okay. I'm making a note. I'm sorry.

SPEAKER_01

I'm making a note. Uh I loving I thought you were gonna keep talking. I didn't know you were tossing it to me. I'm sorry, I'm not good at it.

SPEAKER_00

Well, I'm trying to get this this back and forth rhythm going and just don't pick up on the cues. So anyway.

SPEAKER_01

We're going back to the robot, then the back and forth. Okay, sorry. God, you know what? You're right. I'm not picking up on the cues. I can't read the and then

The Real Story Behind TLB

SPEAKER_01

um anyway, you were saying something about baskets.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, yeah. Tender loving baskets, personalized baskets for loved ones, friends, and special occasions.

SPEAKER_01

Was that the slogan?

SPEAKER_00

I don't know. I it's sounds pretty fucking good. So I hope mom uses it if she ever Yeah. I hope I hope maybe uh maybe she kicks it back up just so I can I can do more ad reads for her. Ooh. But anyway, yeah, mom and Mike way back when started uh a little side hustle called Tender Loving Baskets, where they would make personalized baskets for people for birthdays, anniversaries, things of that nature, and they would put together these, you know, uh you you tell them or TLB you tell them what the budget was. Yeah, TLB. Thanks thanks for thanks for that input. Yeah. Wow. Okay. Uh so anyway, they would personalize, they'd get to understand that the recipients uh likes and and interests and hobbies and things like that, and then they would be be given a budget and they would go out and do personalized shopping and put together a basket, and they were actually really cool too. I mean, bespoke. Bespoke mask and would decorate them up and everything. Bespoke, yeah. Bespoke. Bespoke. Yeah, you just look for any opportunity to use that word, don't you?

SPEAKER_01

Only because it for no for no reason at all. It just completely baffles me that that word annoys you. And so, yes. It really does. I don't know why. I think it's just because you use it so much. I only use it so much because it annoys you so much. You see the you see the the loop that we've caught ourselves in?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it's chick we're we're kind of in a chicken and the egg kind of deal, and I I feel like I'm the egg.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, it's like a situation that only could sort of be created by the two of well, but it's almost a bespoke situation, if you will. Um as you I'm gonna stop that now. Yeah, no, no. So you were in the I mean, I'm gonna say it this one time as a a a good usage of the word not to annoy you, but they truly were bespoke. And that is that was the thing that Rob's talking about. You're absolutely right. And that was yeah, for all you youngsters. I know, I know the youths are really into following this show. For all you youngsters, this wasn't a thing back then. What are you doing?

SPEAKER_00

For all you youngins listening.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, what is all that fucking noise?

SPEAKER_00

I'm sorry, I'm adjusting. Okay. I was adjusting my my uh my mic stand was starting to to fuck around. Sorry.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, I'm back. You're good. Uh but no, what I was saying is like uh because this fuck. I don't know, 30 years ago, maybe better part of 30 years ago. Okay. Do you think? Sure. Uh my well, uh TLB? Yeah, or the TLUB, if you will.

SPEAKER_00

Um you know what, dude? I I'm getting real fucking sick and tired of this shortening it up as much as possible. Yeah, it was well the point I'm trying to make is uh at the point I was the 90s.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah, and I'm just it was pre-internet. It was pre like this was a the concept of it was like very you know, very novel at the time. Um and something that's been sort of commoditized these days, like you know, there's 50,000 services offering to make a custom made bad whatever. Um but it was it was a really a really slick idea. Um I loved it tenderly, really. Um basket. I couldn't I couldn't get that, couldn't get that in. Where's the bee, bruh? I think I think it would be fun if it came back and sponsored the show because then you could do you could do ad spots for it, uh uh, and they'd be fun.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, we could we could really kind of put some some spice to it, you know, like like hey mom, you just give us the money, we'll write the ads ourselves, and you just sit back and cash in all that all those checks that are gonna be coming your way for all the TLB orders that you're gonna be getting.

SPEAKER_01

Do you think that there would be like a think they'd have like a consistent theme to them? Like or Oh, absolutely not. Oh, three. I have an idea. So it's like a sort of a I want to say noir, I don't even know what that word means, but like a noir vibe. Black. No, no, like in film noir. Film noir. Uh maybe even in black and white. The guy is like in one of those you know, big booths in the back of a smoky restaurant. He's like, Shave you ever get a basket that wasn't tender and loving?

SPEAKER_00

You'd have to kind of take it from there.

SPEAKER_01

That's all I got. It's pretty good opening.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Every basket I've ever received has been coarse and hateful.

SPEAKER_01

Coarse and hateful. And sometimes not even baskets, if you can believe that.

SPEAKER_00

One time I got a coarse napeful downright basketless. What's the what's the opposite of a basket? Uh uh whiff. A basketball hoop. A whiff? Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

That was pretty that was a pretty good off-the-cuff, kind of semi-deep cut, right?

SPEAKER_00

What do you call it when you miss a basketball shot? Oh. A whiff. Or an air ball.

SPEAKER_01

There you go. That would have you would have picked that faster. Ask me again.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Like we're doing it for the first time. What oh, what's a whiff? No, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Did I do it right?

SPEAKER_01

No, the question is what's the opposite of a basket?

SPEAKER_00

Oh, what what's oh yeah, sorry, okay. Three, two, one. What's the opposite of a basket? Airball. Nice. Yay. I get it. Oh my god. Anyway, yeah, mom, uh, if you're if you're listening, and I hope you are, you better be. But uh let's bring back TLB because we need some ad revenue.

SPEAKER_01

Right. And for all the other listeners, um, you can go to tenderlovingbaskets.com for more information. Possibly. Uh which actually I guess we don't really have a vet much of a vested interest. W W W W. We don't really have much of a vested interest in whether the business people are do it, right? It's like just give us money, give us sponsorship money.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. I mean, let us do what we do best, which is make you sound fucking awesome, and you make money off of us. You're welcome. Right? Yeah, I think so. Let's you know what?

SPEAKER_01

Let's let's take it beyond TLB.tenderlovingbaskets.com slash bespoke.

SPEAKER_00

Or dot uk for those of you that are in the in London. We do have a London outfit.

SPEAKER_01

Oh my god. What is happening? Um where did that even come from, the basket thing?

SPEAKER_00

I literally was just trying to to oh you did the joke with the sponsor thing.

SPEAKER_01

That was great. That was really good.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, yeah. That was really funny.

SPEAKER_01

Uh yeah, we got our first spit take. I swear to god. Yeah. I don't know how how this whole thing ends up in an episode or whatever, but that's gonna be somewhere.

SPEAKER_00

I I can tell you the name of the episode. Okay. Save it for TLB. Thumbs down.

Veto Power And Naming Rules

SPEAKER_00

Okay. You know what, dude? Uh you don't get to call all the shots. I it's our show.

SPEAKER_01

I call very few of the shots, actually. I'm deferential to you, as they say. Um you're yeah. I I uh I just think it sucks. I'm not saying no. Okay. Do I have Vita power? Do I have Vita Power? Is the title thing a two yes thing? How does that work? It's like a baby name.

SPEAKER_00

Um But we have to have a tiebreaker. Well, not in a not in a two yes situation.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, true, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, well, that's not a that's not a tie that doesn't require a tie break break because a tie would indicate that one of us says yes, the other says no. But I will allow you veto power. But here's the thing you only allow two vetoes per episode titling. Nope.

SPEAKER_01

So I I don't agree to those terms because it's not so easy to game that system. I I don't know what you can frontload, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Oh yeah, you do.

SPEAKER_01

You know, front load with some real stinkers, make me burn my vetoes.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, well, you said no to those two. How about my itchy scritchy? Like, damn it.

SPEAKER_01

I look down at my look down at my my little thing.

SPEAKER_00

I'm like, damn it. I mean vetoes. How do you spell scritchy, by the way? Scritchy.

SPEAKER_01

Um yeah, I think um I don't think there should be a limit on vetoes because that system's too easy to game.

SPEAKER_00

Uh I think Yeah, but but then it could become very like pedantic and petty between us, where it's just like we're gonna veto each other. I'll I know me. I'm gonna veto a great name just because you vetoed my shit. So just preparing you.

SPEAKER_01

But then also there's the psychological aspect of it, which is like I I suggest the name, and you're like, hmm, like it's not terrible, but is he just trying to get me to use a veto? Like it's not a total stinker, and I wouldn't be opposed to it, but I really don't like it that much, you know. Yeah, and then you're war and then you're warboarding the whole thing, right? Like Robbie, so like get the bolt and board the tax and the yarn.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, okay, okay. Hear me out, hear me out, hear me out. Okay, but I think I think there is a little bit of gray area here. It doesn't have to just be yes or no. It could be all right, let's table that one. It's it's decent, but let's see if we have something better out there, right? So I'm not vetoing it per se. I'm just saying let's let's keep spitballing and see if we can come up with something a little more catchy.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, yeah, no. I think we're on the same page then. I'm not I wasn't saying that uh for every suggestion we have to say yes or no to it. I was just saying that we have the option to say no to anything. So like if you bring one to the table and you're like, uh, this is the title, I really love it, and it's just a clunker, I can just say no, and you can do the same thing too.

SPEAKER_00

But so no big titty witty committee. No, that's not gonna happen. Fantastic. Save it for the write that one down for when Jamie comes on.

SPEAKER_01

Hi Jamie. Um, she's probab she's probably bogged down with her own production schedules and stuff on her show. It's uh the thing is uh support everything you do. Right. Oh yeah, me too. Uh um no, the thing is uh we you get so yeah, you don't give anything up by saying yes. So it's like you suggest a name. And I'm like, yeah, that I'm fine with that. Um doesn't mean we have to use it. But you're just like, like, now you know I'm fine with it. So you you really you really only pull the veto. The veto we each have the authority to just say, I feel very strongly that I don't want that episode to be called this.

SPEAKER_00

I'm exercising one of my vetoes. You really did not like save it for teal.

SPEAKER_01

I'm really upset. Okay. I thought it was really you know, and this is really more of a a compliment to you, Rob.

SPEAKER_00

Clever guy. Like clever. Okay. All right, I'm gonna let you talk.

SPEAKER_01

I thought I thought it was I thought it was uh what really below your level.

SPEAKER_00

Okay.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. That's what I was trying to say. Like you can do a lot better, is what I meant.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. You know how I received that, how I interpret what you just said? It's the equivalent of a father saying, I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed.

SPEAKER_01

No, it's I think you're totally yeah. You're taking it the wrong way. Uh when you here let's do this. When you get when you did the tender loving basket thing and I spit hook, that was some top tier shit right there. Save it for the TLB. I'm saying you can throw a better ball than them.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, I got it. Okay. You ready? Yeah. Save it for, and then in parentheses, your ad your ad here. That's a really good track. Um pito?

SPEAKER_01

You're like veto. Uh that that's a cute that's uh it's a cute name, actually. Like I I like the idea of it. I would be it's uh so I have to go into two modes here. One, which is like opinion, I like it. I think it's very cute. Two, which is no, and this is how my brain works sometimes. Two is like the practical production side of it, like that's probably a if I had to guess, that's probably a bit that's been played a lot in YouTube and podcast, do you think? And I'm guessing.

SPEAKER_00

Uh yeah, I mean I think what you're trying to get at it's too cliche.

SPEAKER_01

Well maybe I'm saying it could be. I don't know. I'm saying it's good, but it's the kind of thing that could have been done or is being done.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, I mean, you could be right. Okay, using the same thought process, you could be right.

SPEAKER_01

I see what you did there. Um that's uh and you could be I can't use my bleep button on the show because it breaks everything.

SPEAKER_00

Don't do it because it might cut out the whole episode.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I know. I can't do it.

SPEAKER_00

It's so sad. Um I have uh a little bit of an update. Um The Suburban's check engine light came back on since we started recording. Okay, go ahead, sorry.

SPEAKER_01

It's possible. Um no, I actually have an update, uh some breaking news with regard to tender loving baskets.

The Domain Name Plot Twist

SPEAKER_01

Um just happened in the last ten minutes since we've been talking about what to name our baby. Um tenderlovingbaskets.com is taken.

SPEAKER_00

All right.

SPEAKER_01

The worst web upside I've ever seen. In my defense, I've only owned it for about forty-two seconds. Uh okay, well. You want to talk about fucking up setups? Alright, bud. So I'm like, okay. The website's taken, and it's sh it's like, oh man, well that sucks. And then it's like, buy me, heroes journey, whatever. Yay! Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

I uh I I I'm just saying, like, you're usually the type of person where it's like there's a lot of pizzazz, you know. It's it it's not just like, yeah, I bought the website, I own the website now. It's usually like, oh, and we also have an order queue and like put everything together with AI in about 10 seconds. That's more your well, I appreciate that.

SPEAKER_01

Um I thought I thought in this case, you know, there was something to the fact that it was late breaking happening in real time. And also, I do have a question for you. Okay. Yeah, please. Did you notice um granted uh it doesn't have all the pizzazz and stuff or whatever, but I I don't know if you noticed, but did you notice at the bottom it says we're under construction? Please check back soon for an update. Did you notice that part?

SPEAKER_00

No, no, soon, just please check back for an update. Soon there it is, okay. Yeah, at the end. Soon. Yeah. Sorry, I didn't finish reading that. Right. Um, I appreciate the clarification. I would like to kindly invite you to and check for at another. I'm not doing anything with this website. Don't fucking I'm not doing anything with this damn thing. Okay. Okay, but hear me out. That's actually genius because now that we own the the website, we kind of have some levers to pull with mom, right? It's like we it's our website right now. If you want, if you want this business to to flourish once again, give us some ad, you know, pay us for give us some sponsorship dollars, dog, you know?

SPEAKER_01

Come on, uh a couple things. I think that's technically called a hostage situation, and I'm all for it. Um but the other thing is, I think with regard to a business that she lost interest in the better part of three decades ago, I'm not sure how much leverage we really have. Yeah, I mean the trick, the play, the play is to come in soft and like talk about it and sort of like, you know, Jedi mind trick her into getting interested in it starting all over again. And then one day she's like, Did you know tenderlivingbuskits.com is taken? You're like, oh god, it is those bastards.

SPEAKER_00

All right, so basically we gotta cut out the last three minutes of audio from this next episode.

SPEAKER_01

The last 37 minutes based on my clock.

SPEAKER_00

37 minutes? Well, okay, but we just talked about the ruse just now. Like the rest of it is really good lead up to get her, like get get her motivated to start making baskets again tenderly and lovingly.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, uh, in baskets. Um You're probably right. Uh I think there's probably a few things that need to be like probably trimmed out of there here and there. Um uh but yeah, it's like uh remember when we talked about fuck on that one recording, it's like, well, we can't hear this. Um I don't know how that's related, actually.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I think you just look for it's it's it's between bespoke and referring to to that. You wanna go there, bud? Oh no who brings those those are my two bugaboos. Those are my two bugaboos.

SPEAKER_01

The second bugaboo is your bugaboo. You're the one who fucking brings up all the time.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, because the thing lives rent-free in my head. What if you're saying I don't want to go through it?

SPEAKER_01

What if we manufactured a gift basket rivalry and uh set up a competing company called Bugaboo Baskets?

SPEAKER_00

And what if we called it more tender and more loving baskets?

SPEAKER_01

That's a little that's wordy. There's another potential angle, which is like sort of a high energy, like bro kind of guy. It's like uh, how do you like your steaks? Tender, how do you like your puppies? Loving, put it in a basket. They practically write themselves at this point. They do. It's got legs, and I didn't do that one on purpose. It really does. A lot of potential.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, so good. So good. All right, yeah. Well, if she doesn't start it back up, I certainly am because I'm I'm I'm bought in. I'm I'm all the way in. Well, I think we have uh she's not going to, by the way.

SPEAKER_01

Um I know.

SPEAKER_00

I think we have you actually think that I okay, go ahead.

SPEAKER_01

I maybe sometimes I say things m more for myself. I think you know she she's not gonna do it. She's not gonna do it. Don't get you hopes up. Yeah. It's you know, I had a teacher in high school, uh, I can't remember his name. He was it's kind of funny though. Um he used to do this thing, uh, where he'd be like writing on the board and he'd be like, Oh, is that right? And then he'd be like, turn in the class, he'd be like, I'm not crazy, don't worry. It's okay, it's totally normal to talk to yourself. They say you're only crazy if you start responding to yourself. Yes, that's true. It's a good bit.

SPEAKER_00

Um that is a good bit.

Turning A Bit Into A Brand

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, but I was gonna say, um, you know, this because it does, they write themselves. This has potential to be a just like uh a not say a gimmick, but like like a bit, like an ongoing bit, like a like a brand that we pretend not pretend, but like basically we live in a you and I live in a world where our mother has resurrected this business and is doing it and is worse, you know, doing ad reads for it and all of that stuff, but she's not, and it would be great if we could actually generate traffic going to the website.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Like, mom, you already got like a thousand visitors in the last month. Like you need you need to get this thing going again.

SPEAKER_01

Oh my gosh. This is like uh this is like uh I don't want to say an anti-sponsorship, but like it's like an it's like a sponsorship inversion. Like we're trying to go to all the efforts to publicize and advertise a business that we hope will start so that they can sponsor us.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I mean I it's essentially a grassroots movement, is what we're trying to start.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, we're in we're like a fucking incubator, right?

SPEAKER_00

Or yeah, or here hear meow, a wicker roots movement. Ooh, that was not that was not too bad.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Okay, cool. Thanks. I thought of it all by myself. Well, I could tell you put a lot of tender love and thought into that basket. Tender loving that basket of analogies that uh yeah.

SPEAKER_00

I think we but I'm I'm I'm a hundred percent behind you on this though. Like we just need to start feathering these TLB ad reads into each episode. Just yeah, it'd be a fun gimmick.

SPEAKER_01

I think it would be great. And it's just like no background, but it's just this thing that we we do every time.

SPEAKER_00

In unrelated nudes, we have an ad a quick ad for y'all. Yeah. Or just like uh I think it'd be hilarious if we just in the middle of an episode just like

Clock Confusion And A Fast Outro

SPEAKER_00

eh, quick, quick ad break. Like, kind of like how uh oh good news.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

When we're talking about card news, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Uh like how come the clock unclean V? Oh, because you had to disconnect. Wait. Trying to forgot why these clocks are so you had to disconnect. Oh, they're exactly the same, but god, I'm dumb. Cause I was looking at, oh my god, I'm so stupid. This is fucking priceless. I'm gonna give this to you. Um it's kind of like the video of me running daintily. So I catch the truck. Um, this is a little thing you can hang on to. I I was looking at clean feed and it says 91 minutes and change, right? And I look down at my board and um it says one hour, 31 minutes and change. I'm like, why are they so different? Oh my god. Why are these so different? Oh did I forget to start something somewhere?

SPEAKER_00

Oh god, that's pretty bad. Hilarious. Uh, but actually the reason I thought I'm a little relieved it was you because I would have done the same thing.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. But the reason I that happened is I did look at, I was like, Jesus Christ, we've got 90 minutes here.

SPEAKER_00

Well, I gotta okay. Let's let's do the the outro for that real quick. Uh okay. Well, I hate to cut you off, dude. But uh motherfucker. Alright, I'm done. I hate to cut you off, dude, but you motherfucker. I sorry.

SPEAKER_01

Uh there's I'm literally done now. I did not do that on purpose. Okay, I'm gonna count down backwards from three, and at the end of it, I will be done so I don't do this to you again. Three, two, one. Where's the two? Three, two, one.

SPEAKER_00

Where's the one? What are you doing?

SPEAKER_01

Oh, am I looking away? Damn it. Okay, three, two, one.

SPEAKER_00

And that's our podcast.

SPEAKER_01

You can't leave people on a tender loving cliffhanger.

SPEAKER_00

Tender loving cliffhanger. That was so good.

SPEAKER_02

One breath top, the other jumps, half the and we're off big weird facts.
